I cannot say enough great things about this company! They went above and beyond my expectations and were 1/2 the cost that a competitor quoted us. They worked so hard to get every stain out and even came back a few days later after I noticed another little spot. My carpets and furniture look brand new!

Never again. Joe did great with our carpets but the lady answering the phone has 0 customer service skills. Tried to talk to her and she hung up on me.
We will use Joe again in the future for all of our rental properties. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went the extra mile again and again to help our restoration project go well.
