You have bride and groom still waiting for their video from September 2023. Shame on you. Give them their video or heavily compensate them for your criminality. You didn't even show up to small claims court. Brides, take your business elsewhere or risk losing your precious memories not to mention your money.
We were married on 9/16/2023, it’s now 9/23/2024 and we still have not received our video. I contacted Josh multiple times and when he responded to my last email at the end of May, he said he’d be sending it out the following week. That did not happen; this is unfortunate because we had a great experience with him on our big day, but the follow through is lacking to say the least.
Josh is truly amazing. I was on the fence about whether or not I wanted to book a videographer and cannot be more happy that I did. Josh is very professional, responsive and so easy to work with. My husband and I are not models by any means and he made the video process feel so natural. He worked so hard during the day to capture every moment we asked him to and I cannot be happier. I can't say enough good things about Josh! His work is amazing, and I have never seen anything that compares. When you watch his videos, it's like you're watching a story in a movie theater. It's not just a recording. We had our 1 minute teaser video within 24 hours of our wedding, and I couldn't stop watching it. I can't wait to get the full video back when he's done.
