Very helpful pre sale but not after sale. You are on your own so make sure you have plenty of dry powder to cover repairs after the sale. Once they drop it off you are on your own to deal with all issues
Worst built mobile homes. Please inspect them or pay somebody to do it. I got my mobile home from here 2 years ago and everything is falling apart like if it was made out of cardboard. I’m not exaggerating, literally paper and cardboard. DONT RECOMMEND. now I have to spend more on fixing it.
