Very poor customer service. There are not case managers and no regular evaluations/monitoring of the clients or their care. There is not adequate oversight of the caregivers. Many were not properly trained and this created multiple situations that put their clients at risk. There was no compassion towards their clients for the situations that they created. This company used to be very good, but lately has been very unreliable. For the price they charge I expect more.
Sent an unvaccinated(for covid) caregiver to our home to care for my bed bound father. Also, it had been 2 months since the last time that caregiver had been tested.
