Horrible, takes days for them to remove locks. Wouldn't store here.
WORST experience of my life. They got rid of ALL of my DEAD HUSBAND's stuff. Things I'll never get back. I was told I would be put on an automatic payment plan. Month after month I had issues with this place not doing the payments right. They cleaned out my storage unit saying they tried to contact me, which they NEVER did. They had my phone number, though they say now they didn't. They had my bank info for the automatic payment, they could never get that right. Clean and large facility to park motor homes and store your stuff. Bad part...there not enough room to manuever large trailers or 😂 motor homes. You've been warned.
Already raising prices after being there a month. Can you let me know what for, you dont even have lights inside the unit. What more are we paying for? I will be out this month.
