Very unprofessional, Will never see Susan Starkie again. Questioned her about a claim I had gotten from her that I didn’t understand and she threatened to overcharge me if I didn’t like the way the bill looked. Never have I been threatened by a health care professional, especially a mental health one. If you need help it’s not here. Will charge you for things you don’t understand and threaten you if you have issue.
