Billing is a giant pain in the ass. I changed jobs but kept same anthem hmo ca care that I had with them for 2 years. Billing I can’t remember her name said were ppo only now and refused to give me any more appointments or refill medications unless I paid 250$ or more per visit. When I changed insurance I had 2 therapists appointments they billed by card for 220x 2=440 way more than the going rate. Billing didn’t even try to make my insurance work. If I could give them no stars I would they never call back when you have emergencies with your medication and will drop you for 2 missed appointments doesn’t matter if it was spread over months can’t get doctors notes in a timely manner and the front desk is always distracted. I do not recommend working with this particular office or Erica the medication management doctor.
Waste of time, unprofessional staff, they rush to get you enrolled and then tell you to wait 3 months. Avoid
Yes great place, I love this place. Great people, they have nice attitudes. I love the psychiatrist here. She is so wonderful. Never have problems with them. You can give them a call and they will be willing to help you. I would remember this place to anyone, and everyone!
My experience here so far has been Top tier the people here are so friendly and Professional I highly recommend!
