Buyers do all the work while this management company collects the fees. I gathered, organized, and uploaded every document myself, yet was charged $495+ for “management review” that was minimal at best. Staff (especially Rosemary Cohen in the contracts/closings department) were condescending and unprofessional, and they refused to refund any fees even after a board denial. The whole experience felt money-driven. Avoid this company if you value your time and sanity.
