I rented a storage unit for my son while he’s not in college. We live in New York City so I had to do everything over the phone and the customer service was great. He was patient and very knowledgeable. I just want to say thank you for making everything so easy for me.
This is my second year using A-Metro Self Storage. Convenient location from the UAlbany uptown campus (7 minute drive) and consists of very spacious and clean units. I spoke with Wayne both on the phone and in person when signing my paperwork, he was very welcoming, knowledgeable on everything, and overall a nice guy! Love this storage spot ! Staff was over- the -top helpful and friendly. The check-in was easy and the unit secure so I don’t have to worry about my stuff. They even had dollys to unload with! 100% recommend.
