Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable en esta clínica. El doctor que me atendió fue sumamente grosero y agresivo. Me habló con desprecio, hizo comentarios ofensivos sobre mi origen mexicano y dijo cosas como que “mi raza era basura” o que “la gente como yo no sirve”. I have never walked in to a place and walked out so fast. Bad vibe, rude and really shady. I bet they will pass you no matter what you will just have to “pay” a fee.
Fast and friendly service, doctor is very straight forward and very helpful with any questions that you have.
I can’t thank A+ DOT physical enough. I initially did my medical card with another clinic back in Aug of 25 when the FMSCA changed the way medical cards were certified. Long story short TWO WHOLE months went by to no avail or answers on when my medical card could get certified. Luckily my CDL was not downgraded. I showed up to do my physical at A+ DOT and within 24 HRS, my worries were soon put at ease. Very professional and courteous staff. 100% recommended.
I’ve been here twice, once for a UA and another for a physical. Both times were very quick and with little hassle. Be aware that they close down for lunch from noon to 1300 so plan your visit accordingly. The doctor takes no BS but he is good at his job and takes it very serious as long as you do what you need to do on paperwork and respect how he runs his business you’ll have no issue.
