When I went in they were friendly and very helpful. I thought it was odd they didn't take a copy of the order but the lady said she would get the information from the doctor's office. Three weeks later, nothing, the lady that answered the phone was probably the same lady that helped me that day said, "that's odd she should've gotten a copy of the order". I had to get a Nebulizer machine because I have Stage 2 COPD The Ladies were so helpful and sweet. My machine will be paid in full February 6th and I would like to purchase another one (better one) Much More Quieter
