Car was making some nasty noises. They saw us same day on short notice. Thought it was going to be a major and costly issue. Turns out it was just low on power steering fluid. They filled it up and the problem went right away. Charged 10 bucks but we only had 6 cash so they accepted that. Great service, Friendly guys. Plus a really sweet Chihuahua named Chief.
Our car had a leak somewhere in our car that was causing mold to grow. They found the leak fixed it and made sure it won't happen again! 100% would recommend!!! We went to pick it up with my daughter and even she had a great time talking with the staff 😂 I will absolutely bring my car here again!!!
Prices on the high side i paid $700 for a diagnostic, head light bulb replace x2, oil change and " tune up" on a diesel vehicle. Found $70 for an oil filter a bit excessive. Didn't repair other problems I had with DRL and turn signal, and I had to come back later. Tied all my cars problems to the check engine light, took it to another place that explained to me what was wrong and that the check engine light was on because of the EGR needed replacement, which I already knew. Rick knows his stuff for sure when it comes to VW cars. This isn't a 5 star dealership with 10 people on staff. When we take a vehicle here I know it will get fixed properly and I'm not going to get screwed as far as the bill. Do you sometimes have to be patient in regards to getting a call back? Yep! Does he always show up exactly at 9? Nope. If you can show up with a little bit of patience and understanding you will get a good job done at a fair price.
