Worst place tony the manger is so unprofessional want to kick me out then he want to fight me he said I was there to long
Tony was really great at helping me understand my policy and helping me to get the best rates for my needs. He wasn't rushing, He was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to help me. I am extremely frustrated with how my auto insurance policy was handled through this agency. Between January 31 and March 22, I was charged two separate down payments of $399 each, plus an additional payment of $290, totaling $1,088 for essentially one month of coverage. No one has clearly explained why I was charged two start-up fees or why a new policy was started when I was previously told my original policy had been canceled. Terrible service the broker Tony Camacho lied about what the fees are for and that this a broker company he also with holding my money and refusing to contact me back after numerous text messages .
