They advertise plans starting at 32 a month. They quoted me for liability about the same price I pay for full coverage. I asked about the 32 a month I was told by the agent she in 3 years has never seen anything near that low. The agent was very polite but they use an out right lie to lure you in
Alexandria in this office just cost her company a client SOLELY due to her terrible attitude on the phone. I will gladly pay $20 a month more a month to not have to talk to her on the phone. Awful.
I want to thank Alexandria Sardina my agent who's awesome always has the attitude of confidence and makes her customers feel secure with knowing she will look for the right stuff for all my needs in my cars insurance I have 3 cars she's insured and she's exceptional. She is my number one go to Gal ... good job girl
I think they could have a little better customer service, I have tried to get auto insurance in there twice and I keep getting putting on hold and sent around different people I don't think the people working there are getting paid enough
