Brianna has geeat customer service
The staff is rude when conducting business over the phone. They find it funny that their phones do not work well and you have to repeat questions bc they won't speak clearly on the phone! Literally, some of the worst customer service I have experienced, and they tried to tell me different quotes when I called separate times.
me and my family decided to move insurances and look for options somewhere else. Needless to say Karina was there to help us and she was amazing! She’s bilingual so that’s a bonus and insurance a month is cheap with many advantages!
I had a great experience working with Karina! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made everything easy to understand and was so patient throughout the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about helping you find the right coverage, I definitely recommend asking for her!
