This is the least helpful insurance company I had a problem with Texas Ranger car insurance they set me up with the first time I went into the office I received a little help but issue wasn't solved each time I went back they were a little bit more dismissive each time until the very last time I went back and the agent asked me if I tried calling myself as to say your problem you figure it out keep your money and go somewhere else
Really great price. on the second day I called there was really loud background noise and made nearly impossible to hear anything.
They don't answer the phone when you need them. I had a blowout 300 miles from home no answer on roadside service. I'm 76 and a nice young man from Bastrop stopped and changed my tire. Frankly I was there to cancel my policy, try The General, cheaper and roadside service great!
