My wife needed auto insurance so she called the Edinburg office. Note, we drove past the office and there was only one car. As my wife called, a woman answered and my wife asked for a quote. She was placed on hold for no reason. My wife waited from 2 to 3 minutes and she became very upset and hung up. She said her new auto insurance will exclude A-Max based on very poor customer service
Amazing service, they were so patient with setting up a quote for me especially since it was back and forth, absolutely loved the associate efren!
While the inside is clean and presentable, the exterior looks neglected, with overgrown grass giving it an abandoned feel. Although I was greeted professionally, the $28 liability insurance is clearly a bait-and-switch gimmick. The actual quote wasn’t even close to the advertised rate, and I doubt anyone gets that price. Because of the false advertising and exterior neglect, I’m giving it two stars instead of four
