I parked in a spot in front for less than 1 min. The second I parked she beelined outside trying to usher me in. I was only parked to unload my multiple garment bags to the place right next door. Since I wasn’t there to get “insurance” she got very rude with me and took a photo of my license plate and threatened to call security. I’m so confused and disappointment… how is it possible to pay the insurance twice a month… i understand if the policy needs to reactivate, if it’s been cancel which has happened to me but a man from this location said if I opened my policy on the 8th I have to pay every 20 days… in my defense they never mentioned it before I open my policy… when I asked him to explain that he just hanged the phone like he doesn’t care… I thought the insurance has to be pay every month.
