If I could i would give this negative starts. went up there to see what would be better to renew my policy or just get a new one started since mine was about to expire. Juan the rep helping that day gave me a quote of how much it would cost if I get a new policy and if I renewed. I parked in a spot in front for less than 1 min. The second I parked she beelined outside trying to usher me in. I was only parked to unload my multiple garment bags to the place right next door. Since I wasn’t there to get “insurance” she got very rude with me and took a photo of my license plate and threatened to call security.
