Called for a quote. The lady was rude out the gate since I had a few questions and I called in the last hour. Finally I asked for a quote and she said yeah hold on and hung up. LAZY. It’s sad how little effort people apply now a days especially in customer service and you wonder why you walking around looking like a Torta.
Melissa greeted me as soon as I walked in. Her customer service was excellent—super friendly and efficient. She had me in and out in under 30 minutes. If you’re ever looking for a quote, I highly recommend her!
