I Have been with this insurance company for many years, but overall, these past couple of days I had a representative by the name of Itati out of 2545 Boca Chica Blvd, Brownsville, TX help me out! She was very helpful, professional and prompt in helping me! She was awesome! Would really recommend you call her if you are needing insurance! Again Ty so much Itati!
I called upgrade my prices had problems with my vehicle no concern showed very poor customer service provided from staff
First time stopping by Amax office at Boca Chica agents were very professional they assisted me with my non owners policy Itati made sure I understood every detailed. Always have a great time stopping by office to process my payment with them!
