Like I said these people don't have very good customer service they need to work on it
Policy Agent gave a price, then the next day l, i received a email stating price went up double. After trying to address issues, she refused to fix the price. I called customer service and later found out she made changes to my account causing the policy to go up without my knowledge. This place is a scam i wouldn't recommend using them ever.
Horrible company with bad sales tactics. At this particular location especially trying to upsale as we were telling them to cancel a day after getting insurance there because they ignored what we said when we were obtaining it. Also trying to use scare tactics that we NEED insurance through them. Only letting us get 17 back from the faulty sale of insurence.
