WE MADE A PAYMENT FOR OUR INSURANCE. WE NEEDED A LETTER OF EXPERIENCE FROM THE POLICY FOR COURT, AND WERE TOLD THEY NEVER RECEIVED THE PAYMENT FOR OUR POLICY.SO WE CONTACTED AMAX THEY GAVE US THE RUN AROUND 2 DAYS LATER THEY PUSHED THE PAYMENT THROUGH IN CASH BUT WE PAID WITH DEBIT CARD. LATER WE WERE TOLD WE PAYED TO RENEW THE POLICY FOR ANOTHER 6 MONTHS, WHEN WE JUST WERE MAKING A PAYMENT FOR THE LAST MONTH OF OUR POLICY. THE AGENT TOLD US TO GO IN SIGN PAPERS TO CANCEL THE RENEWAL . WE DID, THEY CHARGED US $30 AND INSTEAD... read more
