Called to months ago to get a service removed and signed the documents, I was still being charged and when I called to get help and asked if I would be refunded the guy speaking to me said I was rude and hung up. I called the call center and gave them all the info and found that amax was at fault, they had my documentsfrom july 1st. They guy I spoke to was rude and did not want to do his job and I had documents and dates. Before he hung up he said his supervisor would call me. Still no call.
