We talked to multiple contractors who all said our projects were “under their minimum bid” so they wouldn’t help us unless we spent a certain amount that was well over our budget. We had several areas in our home that needed drywall repair or replacement. We contracted A Master's Hand for these repairs and are very pleased with the results. They are professional, thorough and a great value. After the repairs, sanding and repainting, you cannot tell there was ever any damage. I recommend A Master's Hand for any drywall and painting needs.
Jim and Michelle are such a great team. They both work hard to keep their crews working hard for their clients. I appreciate good quality work and that is hard to find in any handyman services this day and age. The simple project we hired them to do turned into a total disaster. The project that should have taken 3 days took 6 weeks to complete and event then was horrible quality. Then they invoiced us for more than twice the cost of the original estimate even after they "took off" some charge for delay and poor communication When we had them out to for an estimate and spoke about the jobs and it was clear that we saw there could need to be additional work added to complete the job correctly once we got started, which should have ... read more
The quality of the work was great, however, the delays and lack of communication was very frustrating. I tried contacting the owner for a partial refund and absolutely no response.
