The positive: the move went by quickly and the crew was friendly. The negatives: 2 of my furniture items were broken during the move. For one of the pieces my husband witnessed them trying to move it out of the room without taking proper care. They tried to move an L-shaped desk without separating the 2 main parts. Then they attempted to put it back together but abruptly left without saying they were finished (it wasn’t finished). The desk was completely broken and could not be salvaged. Super nice over the phone...answered all my questions and able to book quickly. As it turned out, I got family to help me move last minute stuff so I had to cancel with A Masters Move. They were very understanding that I had to cancel and it was no problem. For that kind of customer service I am grateful to give them a 5 star review. God willing I won't have to move for a very long time but if I do I will call them again. God bless.
