I have rented a truck here three times and every single time wether it is Ms Stephanie and or Ms Luwanda they treat me with the up most courtesy and professionalism not to mention extraordinary service. Carlos Floyd and John Taylor was excellent. They presented themselves very professional and they knew what they were doing to load my belongings. They were helpful with 3 items I couldn't rap by myself. Also, they weren't on cell phones while working, they load my belongings with extreme care. At the transition to the 2nd location, they had to be tired, but they did not fail short of caring and breaking, and acting like they just was ready to finish. They maintain professional decorum.
