Just finished our massage. We loved it. The staff was nice and the massage was pleasant.
Great service, very attentive and amazing massage.
The therapist had no flow or communication. He never once asked about the pressure or adjusted the table to a comfortable height. He left during the session and was gone from the room for 5 minutes and never once communicated about it. Being a former licensed massage therapist myself, I know what to expect from a massage and I felt like he had just wandered in off the street with no experience. Instead of trying to upsell your subpar services maybe you should make sure you're qualified to practice in the first place.
