I went to visit the store today to have the battery in my wife's watch replaced, and it was my first visit there. The owner was very pleasant, kind and accommodating, and the service was provided in a timely manner. I am certain that they will address any other needs you may have with the utmost professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Went to change batteries on 3 watches and also brought a ring. Awesome collection of jewelry and priced very well. Marsel & Aret are the owners and make most of their jewelry. Making a conscious effort to shop local and not “name brand” gets you personalized service and great prices. I am so glad I went there. Already know what I am getting next!!
Marsel’s Jewelry is truly client centered in their service and sales. Originally when they first opened, I stopped in for battery replacements. No matter how many watches I brought in, the replacements were done while I waited, in a minimal amount of time and very reasonably priced. Their store is exquisite! Their jewelry pieces are beautifully displayed. I recently purchased a gold necklace and it is stunning. Last week I brought in many rings for resizing, and it was an excellent experience.
