This guy knows what he’s doing, if you’re ever in need of a haircut and in Naperville this is the guy! Actually come, he’s amazing. He made me lose 20 years of age.
I’ve been coming here for years and have always been a loyal customer. I accidentally missed one appointment, which I had already paid for in advance. Instead of applying that payment toward a rescheduled appointment, they required me to pay for an entirely new haircut. I understand having a missed appointment policy, but there should be some consideration for long-time customers who make an honest mistake.
