I’m really disappointed with my experience at Amano Florist. My husband bought me a bunny there for Easter, but it just wasn’t my style, so I asked him to return it for a gift voucher instead. We shop here quite often for flowers and gifts, and in the past they’ve been happy to exchange items for a voucher. For example, my husband once bought me a candle from there that I already owned, and they allowed us to swap it for a gift voucher with no issues. I bought a bouquet from here a few months ago for my missus, and she said it’s one of her absolute favourite bouquets she’s ever received from me. They truly go the extra mile to create such beautiful pieces. The flowers are clearly very well cared for and always designed in such unique, thoughtful ways. A beautiful florist run by Jenni and Isabella, with a team that’s just as helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.
