I was very disappointed in my appointment with Dr Khan. He was 20+ minutes late for the appointment. He walked in…spent about 5 minutes with me. (The appointment was listed as a 45 minute appointment) He never shook my hand upon entering or leaving and he didn’t asked me anything about my diabetic history even though this was our first appointment. This office does not return any communication whatsoever whether it’s thru the portal or leaving message for nurses that never return calls. I had to get the office manager involved in just getting my thyroid medication refilled. Same with just ordering bloodwork. Do not go to this office if you need to see an endocrinologist for the rest of your life like I do. They do not communicate at all.

The doctor is not the problem. He ordered tests on me and the staff never scheduled it. I have left messages in “my chart”, called and left messages and get no response.
Do not recommend. Receptionist wildly unprofessional and rude. They rescheduled me several times and once my appointment day finally came, I was turned away again. Look elsewhere.
