He is very rude, unprofessional has a terrible attitude does not listen to patient concerns makes sure he spends less than 5 minutes with the patient does not care about patients. Obviously cannot hold down a steady position as he has left north oaks several times for different employment and keeps returning back to North oaks.

I was very disappointed in my appointment with Dr Khan. He was 20+ minutes late for the appointment. He walked in, went straight to his computer, sat down where he remained spending about 5 minutes with me before ending the appointment. (The appointment was listed as a 45 minute appointment) He never shook my hand upon entering or leaving and he didn’t asked me anything about my diabetic history even though this was our first appointment. Have problems getting my insulin because he tells me what units to give myself and than writes a different prescription to the pharmacy. I have to fight with my insurance company all the time. He told me to stop drinking Splenda shakes for diabetes cause he has never heard of it. Always talks down to me. Thinking about going to another specialist.

This doctor is horrible. He didn't listen to me and my family. I was having severe hypoglycemic issues and he did not want to put me on the Dexcom. My primary care doctor saying that I was having dangerously low blood sugars, taken by ambulance several times, went to the emergency room I cannot tell you how many times. And this is an endocrinologist who would not put me on something as simple as a Dexcom because he said I wasn't a diabetic. This doctor should have his license taken away. Rude. Unprofessional. He literally doesn't listen and almost had me on a medication that would have made my sugar levels worse. Thank goodness I got a second opinion and come to find out, he was wrong about the medication and 3 other doctors looked at my paperwork and said, he didn't listen.
