GIVES PLUMBERS A BAD NAME. Unbelievably bad experience with these rip-off artists. Hired to fix a simple leak, gives verbal estimate based on hours of complicated work, possibly a 2 day job. Then, it turns out the problem wasn't so bad after all, finished in 1/2 hour, then they leave to "get a part" for a half hour. Meanwhile, I look at the pipe, having done a lot of plumbing myself and it turns out they had the parts on site! After they return, they ask for the full fee for the less than 1 hour (including "travel") of work.... read more
