A 2 hour cleaning was purchased as a gift for my mother at the beginning of April. Their first available appointment, once they finally called back, was May 29th at 9am. I booked the appointment, understanding they are busy from a living social promotion. Then I receive a call at 4pm, May 28th, canceling the appointment. I asked when she could reschedule and was advised June 22nd. They were unwilling to provide a more reasonable day to reschedule and said we could call an 800 # to get our money back. A Maid To Keep LLC is a great housekeeping service. I use them for my home and my office building. They provide all the supplies or they will use ones that you provide them. I like using them because they are flexible if something comes up and we have to cancel or rebook another day. they will reschedule on one of the days they are closed. They treat your home with respect and clean it the way it should be cleaned. We had A Maid To Keep out to do some light housekeeping. We were really impressed on how precise and respectful they were, they even asked if there was anything specific we wanted done. Their prices are very reasonable and not outrageous like the other companies. We now have them out every other week. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a housekeeping service!
