Mike was incredible. My car stalled on the side of the road and I was quite shaken up about it. Mike was that calm reassuring voice on the other end of the phone that day. While driving home Thursday at the end of March, and pulling a travel trailer from Florida to RI, our transmission overheated. We were off hwy 77 near Mooresville NC. We called Good Sam's tow truck service. After speaking with Michael, we chose to be towed to A&M transmission. The owner, Michael, and his wife Heather, met us later that evening. You will not get attention to detail quality work on a transmission anywhere else. Mike is a professional and it's worth the money which is also very fair
Took my 08 Ram into A&M and I couldn't have asked for better service. Mike went on a test drive with me and determined the cause of the problem.
