Approximately 8 years ago I posted an unfavorable review about A&M Partners. I have to say, while I've seen some mixed-to-low reviews online for A&M Partners in Plantation, Florida, my personal experience as a new resident was absolutely top-notch and deserving of five stars (and more!). The typical processing time for new residents—including background checks and all paperwork—is advertised as 2–4 weeks, but they turned it around for me in less than a week. Worst Management group ever. Very shady…. They don’t even have Broward County business license and conducts business in Broward county. Her supposedly plantation office is not there. She just receives mail from that office location. So, she conducts business from her home from what I’ve gathered. Maybe because she doesn’t have a Broward license is why she doesn’t have an actual office. When it comes to managing an HOA. Just expect violations after violations. Then she wants to charge you attorneys fees.

As a Realtor I deal with property management companies a bit more than most people. I expected an awful ordeal by reading the reviews provided here. Quite the contrary when I called, one of the most professional real estate managers that I've dealt with answered.
