Worst Management group ever. Very shady…. They don’t even have Broward County business license and conducts business in Broward county. Her supposedly plantation office is not there. She just receives mail from that office location. So, she conducts business from her home from what I’ve gathered. Maybe because she doesn’t have a Broward license is why she doesn’t have an actual office. When it comes to managing an HOA. Just expect violations after violations. Then she wants to charge you attorneys fees.

As a Realtor I deal with property management companies a bit more than most people. I expected an awful ordeal by reading the reviews provided here. Quite the contrary when I called, one of the most professional real estate managers that I've dealt with answered. I spoke with Karen who answered my questions efficiently and in depth as well as showed compassion for my clients.

1. Since day 1 moving into my own house, Manager with attitude 2. Never Answering Phone 3. Never received statements about payments, lost track of payment. No answer, Bad customer service. 4. No technology, year 2020 and I still have to send checks. 5. No web portal to make payments. 6. Lack of communication to home owners.

This company is the worst company I’ve ever worked with. No customer service, call numerous times and no answer. You go to their office personally and no body there to talk to. Avoid and stay away from this company at all levels. I dont undesrtand how can a board will choose this company to manage their association.
