False guarantees I ordered a custom gate, which I designed and is now on their website. I was turned off by the salesman's attitude when I ordered but I didn't know who else to go to. They advertise heavily in the local shopper magazines so I trusted them. Almost immediately parts (leaves) began to fall off my gate. I tried over the course of 3 yrs to get them repaired.
