Can I give zero stars ? Way too long to type but run for the hills from this lying family. I'm so glad my 2 neighbors hired someone else.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!! As of Jan 20, 2016 they have a C- rating with the Better Business Bureau AND they are NOT accredited! That aside, in my personal dealing with them, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They have given my wife a hard time by phone, to the point where she will not deal with them on her own. I've been calling for 2 weeks to get one lousy window replaced; part of their contract with us when we had 60+ windows installed was "10 FREE replacements for the life of the windows". Never hire AM Installation!!! This year I needed to get a new roof, with all new insulation, and hired AM Installations out of Revere, MA. AM Installations said I was hiring them to repair my roof. Did not tell me that they were going to hire out to a 3rd party; especially when speaking with Anthony - (the son of this family owned business) - many times before the work started that "he" will get everything done, and "they guarantee all work and will fix anything not done to my satisfaction" Anthony said that the work would b... read more
They suck, the used sub standard and use things on my porch. For my front stairs they are leaning to the right, did not put down a foundation for the stairs. Hand rails were cut to short then they just add a piece of wood to make it fit. I have nails coming out of my front porch. Back porch handrail is not even. Right where you come off the back porch is loose and nails are coming up. Top porch has nails coming out on the railing. I have called them to correct it and they don't respond.
