AM Rentals is extremely unprofessional, unfair, and have fraudulant business practices. They took over $2,000 for a yr lease in fees but did nothing besides take money from the renter and give me my portion. They did nothing to resolve issues at the end of the lease. They took the side of the renter even though he trashed my place and did not give me my condo back in good, clean, and operating condition per the contract. Do not use it and stay away from it as far as possible. My experience with the company was very frustrating. This is not a decent business. They did not pay rent on time. They charged excessive and unfair fees. They didn’t manage. They treated my property as their own and only enriched themselves.
