Kain was amazing, he we thorough and professional and he tools his time to remedy my issue and make sure it was a satisfactory resolution
Tech came out nd did an extensive system check. Stated I need a new sensor. Part was ordered but did take two week which in July in NC is not exactly pleasant. Very happy once part was installed and they did install right away once part arrived.
He sent me a text he was on the way He was polite and very professional he explained what he was doing and went about doing the job Thanks for making it so easy I will sign up for future service with them
