Good morning, I am contacting the boutique regarding an incident that occured 12:37 PM. We purchased a dress paid in full. We agreed on alterations being completed before 7/26/25. However, we received a call indicating that the dress would be ready on Saturday. The day of the event. In addition, the lady stated we can pick up the dress without the alterations, that we did pay for. The saleslady proceeded to mock us and say you know what pick it up on Sunday or even Monday. Unprofessional behavioral.
A&M Couture is the shop to rent the most beautiful dresses! I had rented my daughter's Sweet 16 dress and it included the flower bouquet and crown all for a reasonable price. The employees there were really nice and they helped my daughter try on 3 dresses until she was really happy with her first choice. The pictures came out sooo AMAZING during the party!!
