I have to admit I am no lawn mowing business and my specific mower has to be a late 90’s model. Took it to their shop hoping for an update on my mower, tune up, blades, belts, tires. Essentially everything to keep my mower operating. They could not find the tires, never touched the belts, and when I got home I noticed the drive train belts had worsened to the point I couldn’t mow my grass. They have been taking care of all of our mowers for many years. The last time I had everything serviced I was very disappointed with the cost. They used to do a great and wonderful job. And I don't know what happened but then their prices just went up and became crazy. Very disappointed. One of the mower ended up costing over 2,000.00 total for an old Kenmore riding mower. Andy almost physically assaulted me when I called him out for doing tons of work on my mower that I never requested or approved. Asked to get it running and they basically rebuilt the engine, changed the blade, etc. Quoted me $120 and charged nearly double. I confronted him when I picked it up and he immediately threw a temper tantrum. Absolutely unacceptable.
