I have to admit I am no lawn mowing business and my specific mower has to be a late 90’s model. Took it to their shop hoping for an update on my mower, tune up, blades, belts, tires. Essentially everything to keep my mower operating. They could not find the tires, never touched the belts, and when I got home I noticed the drive train belts had worsened to the point I couldn’t mow my grass.
