They have been taking care of all of our mowers for many years. The last time I had everything serviced I was very disappointed with the cost. They used to do a great and wonderful job. And I don't know what happened but then their prices just went up and became crazy. Very disappointed. One of the mower ended up costing over 2,000.00 total for an old Kenmore riding mower. Andy almost physically assaulted me when I called him out for doing tons of work on my mower that I never requested or approved. Asked to get it running and they basically rebuilt the engine, changed the blade, etc. Quoted me $120 and charged nearly double. I confronted him when I picked it up and he immediately threw a temper tantrum. Absolutely unacceptable.
