I recently visited Arpina for a powder finish on my eyebrows, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Arpina is amazing—she's a true professional who really knows her craft. My eyebrows look terrific, and the shape and color are perfect. The entire experience was great, with incredibly knowledgeable service and a super friendly staff. I highly recommend Arpina for anyone looking to get permanent make up.
I’ve followed them since they were located in Port Charlotte mall! I don’t trust anyone else with my brows! I recently got permanent makeup and lashes tinted and just blown away!! Every member of their team pays attention to your interest and what you like and follow suite and if needed (as I’m not the most fashionista) they recommend.
