I used to have Miss. Shannon (who was wonderful), only our schedules did not aline, so I had to switch doctors- I am now with Dr. Nina, who has made me feel more than listened to, and like an actual human being. Late every session to no complaint from me. I’m late once and they have no forgiveness for it. Routinely forget key pieces of information we discuss in sessions and medication changes that are requested. Terse responses via text and an apathetic attitude towards mental health needs of patients. Random doctor changes with no notice. Couldn’t be unhappier
I find it ironic that the practice is called “A little hope”, as Dr. munz extinguished any hope I had left for psychiatry. Dr. Shannon Munz literally rolled her eyes at me multiple times during a session. She was condescending and implied I am uneducated. She cancelled a session with less than 24 hours notice and I will no longer be working with her as she has made it clear she does not respect her clients.
