This is a wonderful service! They have helped us in a difficult time. They are very responsive and so accommodating. I usually don't do reviews but A Little Help Home Care is sure worth reviewing!!
We had the pleasure of employing A Little Help Home Care for my dad's care. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Alaina and Ellen completed every task exactly as requested. They did not need constant redirection. They knew what needed to be done and took initiative. They were friendly and visited with my dad. It is clear this position is more than a job to the gals; it is a passion. We highly recommend Jerry and his team.
I have called multiple times and they have never Returned a call
We have Jerry's service for my Dad. Amanda comes 2x a week. She cleans the house, (scrubbing & scouring, dusting, you name it) does laundry & washes the bedding & remakes the bed. My Dad doesn't say much so when he tells me what a hard worker & how good Amanda is, believe me, she's GOT to be good!! Shes always friendly & if Dad has a extra little chore to do, she always does it for him. If anyone is thinking about this to help their aging parent(s) out, you will NOT be disappointed.
