I called and spoke to an employee regarding starting therapy. They informed me that they had availability and scheduled my appointment for 2-17-24 at 12:10. However, when receiving an email to complete the paperwork, the appointment that was confirmed verbally for the 17th was changed to the 24th via email. As I planned to attend today's appointment, I started to fill out the paperwork and realized the appointment date was changed and it was MANDATORY to do a bi-weekly attendance.
