Alicia used to be a good provider, but has become rude and abusive to patients. The entire time you are on the table she is complaining about another patient, and that is every visit over the last few years. It has always been normal to wait over an hour after your appointment time in the waiting room also, but the service used to be worth the wait. Now service is rushed, but the wait is not reduced.
