I was visiting a friend in Berlin and i have ordered yarn from this store but I never had the opportunity to visit the store. My friend and lI went to the shop last night! The staff was wonderful and friendly! It was great to go to a store with top quality yarn! The shop has a wonderful display of completed projects from the yarn they sell..gave me a wonderful ideas on ways to use the yarn! The next time I'm in the area, I plan to come back and also order more yarn! Thank you ladies!
I’ve visited this lovely shop many times, and today was the first time I felt like I wasn’t welcome. The lady manning the shop gave me the distinct impression that my questions weren’t worth her time, citing that “the lady who’s usually here would know” when I asked her if anyone else has reported a problem I experienced with a brand of darning needles they carry, and all but cutting me off with a curt “that’s it” when I barely finished asking her if there was more than one selections of color ways in an adorable “top this” ... read more

Really enjoyed my visit here today. The shop is arranged in an orderly and sensible manner, very easy to find the yarn weight you desire. I thought it had a nice variety of fiber, priced appropriately so as to appeal to a wide range of customers. Owner was a joy to visit with, knowledgeable and so very helpful. The type of owner I like - "Hello, glad you're here. We have two floors, I'm here if you need me. Stay as long as you like, we're open until 5."
