Cracked floors, plumbing problems, huge expenses less than 3 years In this home. I’ve thought about suing both brokers and realtors many times. Unfortunately the courts are very unfair in this State and there is little protection for a buyer. With any houses you purchase with these agents you could face major issues in the future. Be very careful. They only want to make a quick buck and will say anything to make a sale. I can also prove all damages and costs, as well as future costs to repair the issues, in a court of law.
