We went to pick up a hydrolic hose to replace one on the skid steer that we use on the farm. Their computer system was down so they couldn't enter the item into the system and couldn't process the payment. They let us take it as it was needed at the farm, and allowed us to return the next day to pay for it - now that is service!
They have your trailer parts. No waiting
