I really enjoy this store. Lots to choose from and they are soooo friendly. I've been to some of 'those' shops where if you can't knit cables and patterns with your eyes closed they act like you're not worth their time - this is NOT one of those places. They are always sweet and very patient. With their help I've moved past scarves and hats to working on my first shawl! And it's going really well. I came into town yesterday to visit the Barter Theater, and stopped into A Likely Yarn to get a gift for my mother. We were warmly greeted as soon as we entered, and were given a great recommendation! My mother loved the yarn we brought back, and cannot wait to visit herself!
Owner a great help with some hard colors I was searching for and she was a delight to talk with. Yarn selection was wonderful and I learned a few things too.
