RecommendedDr Walkes has been our primary doctor since she came to Bastrop. If there is any complaint it would be that she might be a little to through. We give her credit for saving my brothers live. She is to the point what I want in my health care. Dr. Sullivan has done surgery on my shoulder and replaced one of my knees with no complaints.
Dr. Walkes was my doctor 20 years ago & I was thrilled to be able to be her patient again upon moving back to Bastrop. Knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Best doctor I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.
When my 5 or 6 friends and I meet at A+ to exercise 3X a week, sometimes there's only ONE working treadmill...and 3-4 of us want to use it! We would really appreciate more (and better) working treadmills, as we love getting together to exercise. And we love Raeshelle, who has bent over backward to help us out when one of them stops working suddenly.
I also joined this gym last week. Raeshelle is very friendly and goes out of her way to make our sessions beneficial. Also like that it's 24/7.
Joined A+ Fitness last week when our other gym closed. Raeshelle has worked hard to get our Circuit going and make us feel welcome. It's a wonderful gym with great machines and fitness classes that I'm eager to try! Also, very much appreciate 24/7 access so I can do the Circuit on Saturday too!
Great, open, and airy facility. Courteous and caring staff. Knowledgeable and compassionate doctors. I couldn't ask for a better doctor than Dr. Walkes- she knows her stuff and takes her time to make me feel at ease and taken care of! Thanks A+!
Appointment time 8:50. Sat in the waiting 1 hour. Sat in an exam room 1 hour 20 minutes before Dr came in. She walked in look at the chart, "everything looks fine. Do you feel good?", left. The appointment was for follow up check after back surgery. Nobody looked at or inquired about her back. Horrible! The nurses/techs are sweet. But, the Dr's are terrible.
One out of 10 times that I call this office for any reason, appts, lab results, etc., do I ever get someone to pick up the phone. When leaving a message after 20 rings, I more often than not, get a return phone call. Once in the office, PA Sandoval has been wonderful after my PCP of 16 years moved away. More staff needs to be hired to professionally and adequately put patients needs first. A good start would be several front office people answering the phone every time it rings!!
