Dr Paula is amazing! I have had neck and shoulder pain for years. Have gone through the traditional PT treatments with only temporary relief. My name is Sidney Rivera, I play professional soccer for Puerto Rico FC in the NASL. While I was home for my offseason, I had felt pain in my hip flexor with all the training I was doing getting ready for my season. I was referred to Dr. Paula and was able to see her the next day. Mixed level class with Ashley was wonderful! A great yoga workout was had by all who attended. And we even toasted in the New Year with some sparkling apple juice!
